Why do bad things happen to good people?
in my opinion i believe that the reason why is because always the good people will do everything to please other people(meaning as good people will sacrifice themselves for others). and always the bad person will be jealous of the good things that the good person did. and they will try to do whatever bad thing that they could do to the good person in order so they could get the out of the picture.

-Thats something that i always wanted to know the answer too, i think its the way life is and we have to accept everything, not necessarily do bad things have to happen to "good" people, but they just happen the way they are suppose to happen. i believe everything happens for a reason, and we have to accept the things, even if its really hard, but i also believe that in the end "bad people" get what they deserve, and karma comes back at them, that question really made me think, and i really wished there was an answer to that. =/

karma is a huge reason for bad things happening to bad people. You can believe it or not but my opinion is that there is such a thing and it wanders around us, all the time. Now bad things happening to good people, thats just not their luck. You can be at the wrong place, at the wrong time. It's just not your day. You rarely sight these type of things; especially when its towards good people. But everything happens for a reason. In this case maybe someones else interferes whether their showing you up, making you look bad or hand something in before you to the boss making your work look like a bunch of horse manure. This rarely happens though, but if it does, I wouldn't expect it to happen again in the near future. Peace. [(-_-)]
What would the world be like if there were no "bad things"?
If there were no bad things, then the world we live in would be too perfect to be real. I think in order for there to be compassion, suffering must happen even though its hard and difficult to live with and sometimes "bad" things happen to us, and we think WHY US WHY US, but as I said in my last entry I believe everything happens for a reason, and we have to accept things that we cant change.

A world without chaos wouldn't be a world after all if you think about it. In our world, everything has to have a balance to it. Good or bad. Ying and Yang. Light v.s. dark. North and south. When you think about it, you always need something bad to happen so the good can come out of it. When there is a problem, what do you do? You think of a solution. Opposites attract and that's why bad things balance our world out. Believe it or not, but we need chaos in order to survive. Peace. [(-_-)]
